ARTWORKS & PRODUCTS

All artworks are created by Jess Bowen and are offered as made-to-order fine art prints unless otherwise stated.

Each piece is produced specifically for your order, and production begins after purchase.

Please note:

Due to the nature of fine art printing, slight variations in colour, tone, texture, and finish may occur between digital screens and final prints. These variations are considered part of the printing process and not defects.

We take great care to represent all imagery as accurately as possible.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

• Update or change pricing at any time without notice
• Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• Cancel or refuse any order if incorrect information has been published

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All images, artworks, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Jess Bowen.

ORDER RIGHTS & SERVICE REFUSAL

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We fully comply with Australian Consumer Law.

As all artworks are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Incorrect

please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@jessbowen.com.au with clear photos.

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are produced locally in Australia.

Production timeframes:

• Rolled prints: 2–3 business days
• Framed & acrylic prints: 1–2 weeks

Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, location, or peak periods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchasing.
