Caring for Your Fine Art Prints

While Fine Art Paper is made to be long-lasting, it’s also delicate and should be handled as little as possible. This museum-quality paper is the same kind used by the world’s top galleries and when properly cared for, can last over a century.

Fine art prints are delicate and should be handled with care. Avoid touching the printed surface directly, as natural oils and moisture from your skin can compromise the quality over time.

To protect your print, hold it by the edges or use clean cotton gloves when handling. To help your artwork last, I recommend avoiding direct sunlight.

Borders

All of my rolled prints and deep set box frames feature a clean white 5cm border for a consistent, gallery-style presentation. I don’t use traditional mat boards instead, the border is a blank area of the fine art paper itself creating space between the artwork and the frame for a sleek, modern finish.

Deep Set Box Frame

Modern and stylish, our deep set box frames bring a sense of depth and dimension to your walls.

The artwork, 5cm paper border and glass are recessed approximately 3cm, creating a striking shadowbox effect. Each frame measures 2cm wide by 4cm deep and showcases its own unique natural wood grain, making every piece one of a kind.

Production Time Frame

I am a a made-to-order store. Every piece is created individually once your order is placed.

Each artwork is carefully produced and finished locally on the Central Coast of Australia, with quality and detail checked at every stage.

Production times are:
Unframed prints: 2–3 business days
Framed & acrylic artworks: 7–14 business days

Production begins once your order has been paid. During peak periods slight production delays may occur; if that ever happens, you will be fully updated.

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds once production has started.

Hanging System

PRINT & FRAME: Ready-to-Hang with Strong Braided wire

Each of our framed prints arrives pre-installed with a durable, braided hanging wire system designed for strength, simplicity, and a clean gallery-style finish.

The wire is securely fixed to both sides of the frame, allowing for fast and flexible installation using just a single hook or screw. This gives you easy control over placement while keeping the hanging process effortless and stress-free.

Once on the wall, the frame sits neatly and close to the surface, creating a refined, slightly floating effect when viewed from the side. It also allows for subtle left-to-right adjustments after hanging, so you can fine-tune the position with ease.

This system is especially ideal for renters or anyone who prefers a straightforward setup—just one wall anchor, a few seconds of alignment, and your artwork is ready to transform the space.

ACRYLIC: Keyhole Mount with Floating Frame Finish

Our acrylic prints are finished with a high-quality, rigid PVC backing and professionally prepared for a flawless, ready-to-hang presentation. Each piece is mounted using a precision keyhole hanging system and finished with a concealed, fine Italian-made timber float frame, creating the illusion that the artwork is gently floating off your wall.

The result is a striking shadow-line effect that adds depth and dimension, delivering a clean, modern gallery-style finish that feels sleek, sheer and beautifully refined.

Each print features two heavy-duty metal keyhole brackets mounted to the top corners for secure, balanced hanging, along with discreet rubber bumpers on the bottom corners to protect your wall and ensure perfect alignment.

To install, simply place two screws or wall anchors into your wall, align them with the keyholes, and slide the artwork into position. No visible wires, no hooks—just a seamless, flush finish that lets the artwork speak for itself.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take quality seriously, but in the rare event something goes wrong:

Damaged items will be replaced and reshipped immediately. If an error occurs on our end, we will fix it at no cost. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

International shipping is available for rolled prints only.

Framed and acrylic artworks are currently limited to Australia due to their size, weight and the complexity of safe international transport.

For international customers, we recommend selecting a rolled print and arranging local framing upon arrival for the best results.
